1. 5/2 Rotation a. Moose Lake was talking to their members and feel a 5/2 rotation would help with staff retention. Management said that they would take a look at this. b. Staff would also like to see duty free breaks go away. Management stated that the half hour is needed for transition.

1. Searching employees in the front lobby of the facility at the end of the shift. • Bonnie Wold stated that if an employee is kept beyond their shift, they should be paid overtime per the contract.

2. A-team doing the searches • Management stated at July’s meeting that they would follow up with this item. Tim Lokensgard told the OD’s to be available during searches.

3. Getting the divot in the concreate fixed in Zone 10. • This is getting fixed tomorrow (Friday, August 14th).

1. Outings & Meals Molly has a list of examples where staff have had to pay out of pocket for “outings” and are not being reimbursed. Molly will forward these examples to management and they will look into options. Needs Follow-up.

2. Lawsuit

a. There was a memo posted on the homepage May 20th about the pending lawsuit. Management stated that they know there is anxiety among staff. They are looking at if it would be helpful to go to some roll call meetings to talk to staff.
