Use your floating Holiday by June 30th. You will lose it if you don’t. You can also exchange it for a day you have for vacation any time.

Make sure to get fit tested for N95 per management. A team staff not fitted should not respond to quarantine units.

Day on the hill in March. Approval for per diems for attendees. Marvin Sullivan made motion to pay per diem to attendees. The building is closed to outsiders at this time. The last week in March. Date will be determined soon. 2nd by Adam. Motion Passes.

Steward Training will be set up this week. Contact Eric Hesse if interested. Per diem will be paid for attendees. You don’t have to become a steward but it is useful to know how to use the contract.

Debate over having parents included in the good and welfare. Jamie-You expect to lose a parent, never a child. Discussion: Marvin calls the question. Voting occurred. Motion Failed. Parents remain included. Cory Moon will be the contact for forensics and Jamie will be the contact for MSOP.

One route to get a raise is to talk to legislators. We will be contacting them to try to get target raises for just St. Peter.

Covid Leave: Management said its DCT level. They expect people to stay home if they are symptomatic. Roxanne will take concerns to DCT command post. Kurt: Council 5 should be able to do something. I would like notes from council 5 to see what they are doing so we can follow up with people they talk to.

Inversing: Each members decision effects the next person. Take care of your co-workers and not just yourself. If you refuse an inverse, remember the next person has to stay. Please by considerate of others. Management will start reprimanding for this.

Kurt: I am happy to see a better turnout at meetings recently. Keep coming and invite more people.
