Present: Steaed Doehring, Matt Stenger, Ryan Cates, Eric Manriquez, Doug Beinborn, Bernward Goettke, Jennifer Erickson, Fredrick Bettner, Adam Luberts, and Brooke Newfield.
Agenda
Introductions: Doug Beinborn is the new administrator for CBHH.
Old Business:
1. Overtime concerns: Overtime is slowly decreasing as staffing levels have increased. BN will send the overtime numbers for August and September.
- CBHH: 8/24-11/1 495 OT Hours
- CARE: 8/24-11/1 121.5 OT Hours
2. Schedule posting: Are schedules being posted on time per contract for CBHH? DB – Yes, schedules have been posted on time.
3. Staffing levels: How are staffing levels at the facilities?
- CBHH: DB – The staffing levels are much higher than the previous couple of months, heading in the right direction.
- CARE: AL– CARE only has one vacant position.
4. Update on staff training improvements at CBHH: BG – There have been some improvements made. We have one person conducting training to ensure consistency. Staff are more satisfied with this.

New Business:
1. Wage increases process: BN – The 5.5% increase and the wage inequities should all be completed. BN – If staff have concerns, send emails to the MHSATS mailbox. MN_DHS_MHSATS_HR <[email protected]>
2. Canceling Labor/Management meetings: Labor asks for advance notice before canceling Labor Management meetings. BN – HR asks that agenda items be submitted one week in advance to prepare. Send agenda items to the MHSATS mailbox. Labor Management meetings are scheduled for every other month. The next meeting is scheduled for 12/28, with an alternate date of 1/25 if attendance will be an issue. FB – Asks for labor to give notice before coming to work sites. Agreed
