Get google drive completed.  Do not hang each other out to dry.  Give us time to look into things before going elsewhere with the information.  There are a lot of issues and things going on that we need to prioritize issues. We work with you, not for you, we are all in this together.  Any help is appreciated from any staff members who have any skills that can help us.  Please give us at least 72 hours for a response.  My NOCS report for the last month includes sitting 2 investigations. On was in regards to an employee at the FNH, who was a subject that has been missing too much work. It pertained specifically to going off the books because of no available time. It was talked about with the person to investigate FMLA and try and get the issues addressed. The investigator that conducted it was cordial and I felt compassionate and caring while passing on her information to the subject. Meeting ended with the investigator saying that the info would be forwarded on to the deciding powers that be and would get back to the subject with her findings. The second investigation was for staff in transition. It was about boundaries and was productive. Staff and the supervisors were very professional and open to discussing the issue at hand and trying to follow up with a way to avoid the possibility of it happening again. Results are still pending. Staff has been talking to me about the treatment from management and the dismissal of staffs concerns. Seems to be a large issue more so recently. Attended LMC with James. Meeting was odd in the fact that Carol came with two copies of the submitted staffing proposal. None were given to us to study.   Personally I am totally against it.

CS FACILITY SUPPORT: Mike Homer: Since the last meeting I have sat a few investigations for MSOP. We are working on how the call list for snow removal is being utilized for grounds crew. Not much else at this time.
